Club Juggling is spectacular!
I far prefer clubs to balls, because they can be seen from a further distance; they add an extra dimension of the spin into the juggling; they allow more decent and complicated tricks to be performed (i.e. potential for advanced juggling) and they are (maybe surprisingly) easier to catch when you have practiced it enough.
This last reason is especially for when juggling while unicycling!

How to Juggle 3 Clubs
You must learn 3 balls first, otherwise it will be so much harder for you. The pattern is exactly the same as 3 balls, but you just add a spin of 360 degrees (A full rotation) to each club on each throw.
To learn, don't start with 3 clubs; you should start with getting used to throwing one club from hand to hand. Do so at the same height as for balls (i.e. The peak is a little above head height). My comfort height is fairly low, so in the video 'cascades' (To the right), you may want to copy by throwing the clubs a bit higher.

Troubleshoot & Extra tips
Check out the information on ball juggling, because it may help you for club juggling.
Ignore those who demand one more club than you can actually juggle. If you juggle 5, the crowd always ask can you do 6. Personally i chose to learn tricks rather than number juggling. Chose to learn what is realistic for you and increase your skill 1 step at a time. ie don't try doing 7 ball juggling if you can't do 5 balls yet. That's just general advice.
In my experience a typical non-juggler spectator will be more impressed with spacious tricks and things that look good even if they are easy to learn. they may even blank out a more advanced trick because they don't actually understand or see what you did.
For club juggling, typically non-juggler spectators are often more impressed with the relatively easy tricks of under the leg, or a good high throw and catch.
Check out the video clips of the different tricks shown and start to learn whatever tricks you like the look of the most. The chances are that your audience will appreciate the same tricks that you do!

Joe the Juggler - good name, and good explanation on how to juggle. I recommend you take it with a pinch of salt, and don't take all the advice as gold, for i disagree with a couple of points.
